Dr. Lynnette is certified in Pediatrics and Maternal Care, with most of her clients being infants, children and pregnant women. She is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific analysis and correction of the pelvis to remove any restrictions that could affect the birth outcome. Many women with breech babies are referred to Dr. Lynnette. The technique, which has an 80% success rate, is non-invasive and allows the baby to turn himself after aligning the mother’s pelvis.
For expecting mamas, she recommends starting with a discovery visit to discuss any aches and pains you’re having. She’ll also identify any other issues that could cause future pain. Every mama is different, and she knows whether stretching, symptomatic care, or regular maintenance adjustments are the best fix. After a few initial visits to address these things, Dr. Lynnette recommends prenatal chiropractic care visits as often as OB visits. So once a month in the beginning, then every other week as you get closer to due date. Then weekly leading up to birth! This consistent care is immensely helpful in getting baby into a great position to help with labor and delivery.
