Frequently Asked Questions

We will want to shoot maternity photos between 28-34 weeks, so schedule as soon as possible! That gives us more time to adjust our shoot date depending on your growing bump. We want you “popping” but won’t want to wait so long that you’re uncomfortable.

I have started a Client Closet with dresses for mamas! Most of them are “bump friendly,” flowy and flattering. You are welcome to try some on during our consultation, but if I don’t have the perfect dress for your session, we can discuss what you can shop for. Sometimes flowy and lots of fabric is best, but if a more fitted style is your thing than by all means rock it!

While much of my shoots involve candid motion and movement, but I will advise your posing along the way! I will show and remind you to keep your weight on your back foot, pop the knee, and I’ll adjust your arms as needed around your sweet baby belly.
